The One With The Ugly Naked Guy

Do you remember the «Friends» episode with The Ugly Naked Guy? 

It was something like this:

PHOEBE: Ooh.
RACHEL: What?
PHOEBE: Ugly Naked Guy's taking his turkey out of the oven.
Oh my god. He's not alone. Ugly Naked Guy's having Thanksgiving dinner with Ugly Naked Gal.
JOEY: I've gotta see this. All right Ugly Naked Guy!
MONICA: Ooh, Ugly Naked Dancing!

Well, now we got an Ugly Naked Guy outside our window!
The other day my roommate and I explored the neighborhood from our living room on the 5th floor. All of a sudden we saw this naked guy in a window across the street, sitting on his couch. We switched the lights in our apartment on and off to let him know, but nothing happened.
